02 Account Security
You are the sole custodian of your credentials. Any activity conducted under your account remains your liability. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized breaches.
03 Loyalty Program
- Points accrued on eligible purchases only.
- Credited 30 days post-delivery.
- Non-transferable; No cash exchange.
- Valid for 90 days from credit date.
04 Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies or fraud alerts. Pricing errors may result in order voidance.

All reviews, feedback, and submissions become the exclusive property of Quantum.
Trademarks
Logos, designs, and brand elements are protected. No unauthorized use permitted.
Enforcement
Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
08 Liability Limits
Quantum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Your remedy is limited to the product value.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Quantum against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
10 Termination
Access privileges may be revoked without notice for conduct violations. Upon termination, all downloaded materials must be destroyed.
11 Governing Law
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
